Where do I find my player ID and state?
- In the game, tap your avatar in the top-left corner.
- Your player ID is the number under your name. Tap it to copy.
- Your state is the number shown as #1234 on the same screen.

Is it safe?
Yes. Redeeming only needs your player ID and state, the same as the official gift code page. We never ask for a password or login.
Where do the rewards go?
To your in-game mail. Open Mail → System to collect them.
Why did a code fail?
Codes expire, some have a claim limit, and a few need a minimum Furnace or VIP level. The result next to each account tells you which.
How is the list kept up to date?
Whenever a player redeems a new code here it is added to the list, and codes the game reports as expired move to the expired list automatically.
How does alliance redemption work?
An alliance license saves your member list online. Leaders open it with the key and one click redeems every active code for every member. Members don't need to do anything.
